I gots a question about my shift knob

Yeah I got a 93 accord and my shifter is showin wear and my shift boot is too...im wanting to change it but i dont want to hurt it in the process. My knob will twist but the boot turns with it...how do i get them both off? any help is welcome lol thanks

Stop being a baby. The boot will probably pull right off, and then you can twist the knob off.

Its a shift knob, whats the worst that could happen?

Its like a snap piece so hold the top of the boot and pull/twist the shift knob. Its not glass here dude so you can use a little force. You'll have to or else you won't get it off. Or you could take it to a shop and they'll pull really hard and then charge you $50.
