95 accord lx automatic, installing f20b whats needed
What else is needed besides the f20b engine. I would like to keep the automatic trans. Just want the added power, not into racing or anything. Is this possible? I know the engine is out of a 97 or newer. Will I run into ecu issues, and what to do about the vtec since mine isnt a vtec model.
Help only please. Smart a$$ comments not needed

Yes, it's possible. You'll need to add a VTEC Pressure Switch & VTEC Solenoid wire from the solenoid back to the ECU's correct pin slot. Then re-use your F22 harness and just lengthen a few wires, so they could reach the sensors. The ECU I recommend will be an OBD1 P28 chip ECU with an H22 basemap which you can get from your local performance shop because they're much easier to find.
To run any other ECU besides the POB ECU, you'll need to switch Pin A6 & A11 at the ECU connector to be able to use any other ECUs because those two pins are backwards on the 5th Gen Accords.

Thank you, So when Im ready I should probably buy and install the engine, buy a p28 ecu, Then drop off the car at the performance shop to let them finish the wiring correctly.

Make sure you buy a P28 Chip ECU that has an H22 basemap though to correctly run the H22. Then whenever you're ready, you can take it in for a dyno & tune session to get a conservative tuned.
I forgot that your '95 Accord LX is an External Coil which you will need to research on how to go about converting it from External to Internal since the JDM F20B is internal coil. GL!
