If youre not going to dyno it...get the header. If you have enough for the vafc and the dyno then the VAFC is 30X better

It is how you tune the vafc. the vafc allows you to change your air to fuel ratio at certain rpms.
How exactly were you going to know what changes to make to it....?
Using a dyno thats how. $75-100/hr @ 2 hours.
Your VAFC is worthless without it.

V-AFC will give you more power and looks cool. I wouldn't waste your money on a header, they have very minimal gains for the money espically if you go stainless steal.

if you don't got headers yet, get that first before VAFC... VAFC won't do much unless you got a lot of modifications done... if you were to get VAFC first, you'd have to tune it with your current mods... then when you get headers, you'd have to tune it again... my .02...

Yeah I forgot to mention that, if you don't have atleast a few mods done, then you won't get much power off the vafc because your fuel needs wouldn't have changed enough to require adjusting them.

agree..get all the bolt on first...
I/H/H/e then do the vafc..
so you wouldnt waste more money for dyno when you have other bolt on added.
vafc last.

whats dyno where do u get that or do that and how much does it cost??
but like the majority has stated, go with a header first. the V-AFC should be done as a later mod, after you have other parts on. then you will see better gains in power with tuning, i've heard as much as 15 extra horses, give or take.
