normally the issues don't pertain to the fuses under the dashboard, where as the problems typically occur in the fusebox under the hood. You may have to go to a mechanic or dealership to get some fuses replaced, or if the connections are loose, get them re soldered.

i highly doubt changing a fuse under the hood would require a mechanic or a dealership.

What happened on my buddies car previously was that he had some relays and fuses that were completely shot. He wasn't very familiar with electrical systems so he brought it into a dealership. Personally, I don't have much experience with fuses and relays either, I find that trouble shooting those types of systems is a much more delicate process.

hey thnx for the help fellas, i changed the fuse in the engine fuse box and everythins back to normal, but i've been havin trouble with the fuse slot for "Day Light", everytime i instert a fuse it burns out, and i think this has been happenin ever since a few bare wires attached to the deck touched and caused a circuit shortage somewhere, but im not very sure. So my question is; what is the "Day Light" fuse for and does it have nethin to do with the stereo deck???

Re: (show_time)
I could be wrong, but I think the Day Light is for daytime running lights. I don't know if they were that common in 1990? Was there a fuse/relay in there to begin with? Most under hood fuse boxes are the same for all models of the car for that year. If your car didn't come with running lights, the opening would still be there, but it would be empty. I cant really imagine it is tied into the radio.

it's in the fusebox under the dash, drivers side, and yeah there was a fuse there originally, i should probably take it into a mechanic now eh, it doesn't seem like im gonna be able to fix this problem on my own.
