well Honda told me they wouldn't touch my cars ecm or even the car because it has been altered. i have changed it to a 5 speed. the ecm that was in it for the automatic is gone and no where to be found i ordered one of eBay but the nim rod doesn't have the Vin the the ecm came from. so until i get the vin or some1 to get passed the vin part the immobilizer will not let me do n e thing. i have the ecm pcm code from honda for my car but the Vin don't match the Vin on the new mt ecm...

How did you pay for the EBay transaction? You may have recourse as far as returning it for credit since he/she didn't supply the required additional info (vin) to make the ECM workable.
If bought by credit card, you may be able to reverse the charge since you recieved a useless product. Paypal may also have an arbitration program as does EBay.
You're still needing a viable PCM from a valid wreck or you're going to have to go reman or new....ouch!

my car has to be running by monday so i need to figure this out like asap.. if they give me the vins from all the 5 speed 98 to 02 accords then one of them has to work... n then i can do lost all keys in the program and put the new ecm pcm code in ...

Call a locksmith and have them come out and reprogram your key.
