Default Help- Fuse issue

My turn signals are not working on my 97 Accord. Where is fuse for it? The lights are still good because the hazard is working properly. Thanks for the info.

Yep. Not there. The one under the hood and one under the driver's side. Can't find the security and turn signal fuse.
