Is it safe to be done by me, or should i pay someone else to do it? And does anyone know where i can find instructions on how to install them. I made a post earlier but dont know where it went. Someone help me out.

DAMN easy. did my own on my 6g in about 45-60 minutes. And it was my first time doing it, figuring out how to take the door apart w/o breaking it is the hardest part

If you get the ones that are the correct depth do it yourself. Be unscrew the screws holding the door handle in and all that stuff and take it off and put a flat screwdriver with a cloth over in behind the door panel after you got all the screws out and snap it off. Be careful not to break the plastic clip things or you may have to get new ones if you do but they shouldnt be hard to get. When you get the door panel off you just unscew the speaker and disconnect it and connect the harness and plug the new one in and scew it back into the door and put everything back together. I wouldn't even say it took me 30 min my first time but It may have as I had a 7 or 8 year old kid with me so I let him scew stuff back in but I still don't think it did.
