like stated above, search. Or better yet, go into the FAQ and under the Swaps section you'll see some links to it. Lots of info on that swap out there. |

Re: H & F Series Engine Info (Fern413)
I thought it would be good in the accord faq too, but George Knighton said to just post it up. so I guess I just did what I was told to do. and as far as the h/f swap as far as I've seen the h23 head is easier to swap on then the h22.

right, we don't post the info straight into the FAQ. the user makes a thread for the info, then we link that thread into the FAQ https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif |
Re: H & F Series Engine Info (TouringAccord)
cool wasn't sure how that worked but good to know. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif

Re: H & F Series Engine Info (hondaccord)
There is a mistake in that list.
The piston volume for the F23's are not all the same. The F23A1/A4 are -13.6. The F23A5 has a piston volume of -18. Just a heads up. |

Re: H & F Series Engine Info
Hello,
i have a new used f20b dohc i need to overhaul the engine. im a newbie not much knowing some parts of the engine.. planning to buy the overhauling kit and i head that h22a can be use for f20b and how about the piston rings, crankshaft main bearing and the connecting rod? i don't see many parts of f20b so i might thinking that the h22a can be fit for f20b? hope i can hear some good responds in the group. THanks. |
