Default F22 Vtec head => F22 non-vtec block

Will the head from the F22 vtec motor fit on the F22 non-vtec block? I have a spare I want to sell on ebay, and if it fits I'd like to mention it for those boys who want to put vtec on their DXs. Hehe.

Thanks...

Totally pointless. Too much work and expense for a measly 5HP gain. You'd have to get a VTEC ECU and add VTEC wiring and VTEC oil lines.

yeah it is kinda pointless, but just fYI , it woul be a 15 hp increase no 5 hp.

but still its not worth all the trouble, you're better off swaping the whole engine or just spending 300-400 bucks for a 94-95 accord ex motor.
