there is a lil grinding on a mount and axle nuts if you use prelude axles but if you you use the accord axles then you only have to grind a lil on the driverside mount

Without any modifications at all? Nothing.
How about a relatively easy swap? You can start by scrolling down in the Guide to Basic Accords and reading about the swap there, or you can try searching... This gets covered everyday.
