Engine problems. Need repair advice for 93 Accord LX

First of all, I know almost nothing about repairing a car.
I can change oil.
Replace plugs and wires.
And thats about it.
I own a 1993 Accord LX. I bought it about 5 years ago. Back then, it had a minor oil leak, but everything else was great.
5 years and 60K miles later, it has a major oil leak. I go through 2 quarts of oil a week. The engine has close to 270K miles on it. But thats not what I need advice on.
About 1 week ago, I noticed a decrease in power. At a stop light, it feels as though the car is going to turn off. Over the last 7 days, it has gone from bad to worse. I went from 25 mpg, to maybe 10 mpg. On my way home from work today, the check engine light came on. I could barely get the car up to 50 miles per hour. When I finally got into the driveway and turned the car off, It looked like a smoke bomb went off under the hood. I did a tune up about 6 months ago, and so I pulled all the plugs out to check them. 3 of them are covered in oil. The 4th is very ashy.
I have no idea what to do. Because I dont have much money, I will have to fix this on my own. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure all your plugs are firing, it may be the reason for your loss of gas mileage and loss of power. For the oil leaks check all gaskets and stop driving the car until you find where the oil is leaking from.

Easy fix. The loss of power is caused by the plugs being covered in oil which is causing a misfire. You need to replace the o-rings that fit between the rocker assembly and the head around the spark plug tubes. Also invest in a valve cover gasket and the seals that fit between the rocker assembly and the valve cover gasket where the mounting bolts are, and the top grommet seals. The smoke is probably from gasket leaks. Does your car overheat?
