Is that the distributed cap? Just label the wires with some masking tape and remove the cap and re-install it. I havent done a entire distributer before, so I dont know. Read the manual?

if you have a manual it should be described in there.

i have the factory honda manual but i wasn't about to find how to turn to TDC.. i assume this is something basic which all mechanics know!

if you have the factory manual it's in there.
look for the sections that describe how to do valve adjustments or the timing belt section, it should be in one of those two sections.
