What is the positive and what is the negative of the Ignition Coil?????????????

What is the positive and what is the negative of the Ignition Coil????????????? 95 honda accord Lx
There is three wires on the plug of the ignition harness But which is the primary positive and the primary negative? I have a nolgy amplifier that i have pluged in the splicing it and sticking the wire through the connection . I'm not sure if i have pluged it in right. Some one please help. For a 95 honda accord Lx.
