is it the icu???
i have a 1990 4 door honda accord LX edition with a/c. my instrument gauges, powerwindows, turn signals, and automatic upper seatbelt all went out at the same time. also i have to start my car in neutral by first putting my key in the slot by the shifter base, cause if i don't, and start my car in park, i cannot shift out of park. all of these thing happened simultaneously one day. A couple of weeks later, these problems all suddenly dissappeared simultaneously wen i hit a bump in the road. The only thing, though, is that my right turn signal didnt work. I've checked the bulbs, all my fuse, and replaced the relays. turn signal still didnt work. i replaced the turn signal switch in the steering column. right before i replaced it, i was taking off the steering wheel face, and when i did, all the old problems happened again simultaneously. i went ahead and replaced the steering column. i wanna say i did it successfully, b/c my headlights and windshield wipers still work. where should i look next? i was told to check the icu. how can i check to see if it is good or bad? could it be something else? how do i change it out if it is the problem?

Re: is it the icu???
Sounds simple but look for a loose fuse #1 in the under dash fuse box. See if there is something tapped into that fuse(alarm) Fuse 1 powers all those functions except windows but does power the icu
