break lights stuck on
Break lights are stuck on, like when you have your foot on break, but I don't. What would cause this? Could it be the swith that activates the lights is stuck is the on ?

I had this same problem on my accord. If you go underneath your dash where your pedals are and look up you will see the switch on your brake pedal. on mine there was a little plastic piece on the pedal that pushes up again the switch and it was broken causing the lights to stay on all the time. you need to unplug the little box and get a new plastic piece or stick a little bolt in the hole replacing the plastic piece.

This is exactly what happened. The plastic piece broke into pieces and I bought the part from Honda for only $2.50! Thanks guys.

Re: break lights stuck on (LittleBlueAccord)
The same thing happened to my 1993 honda accord last night. I found the little plastic part on the floor. Right now Im using a folded up piece of paper in its place to keep the lights off. I am picking up a replacement part from the dealer near my work (I took another car to work today), and I was wondering if all I have to do is snap the new plastic stopper in place? Or am I going to have to take something apart?
