Default Master Brake Cylinder question...

Hey... I have a 1992 Accord EX and I just replaced my master cylinder today. Fun job to do, pretty straigtforward.

On the side of the master cylinder there are the two places you plug the brake lines... buuuuut, in between the two plugs there is another slot that takes an allen wrench/hex key. What does this thing do??? it obviously adjusts something :: duuuh :: but what does it adjust???

Thanks in advance,
-Erik-
