Default valve cover, spark plug, and spk wire change now problems

1999 Honda Accord EX 160k 5-speed manual

Changed the spark plug wires, spark plugs, and valve cover gaskset.

Used OEM honda valve cover gasket. Irridium NGK spark plugs and NGK 8028 hE7 spark plug wires.

Turn the car on. Car starts idling around 1200-1300 rpm [normally the car idles at about 700], trys to stabilizing, then the rpms go up and down, and up down still trying to stabilize at 1200 rpms. After 1 minute the car shuts off, and barely starts, goes another 5 seconds and stalls. Also car sounds like a go cart.

Here is a link to the car running right after the install. I'm stumped. Any thoughts?

It looks connected properly...did you do anything else other than plugs and wires at the same time?

Haven't replaced anything but valve cover gasket and spark plug wells gakset [1 set], spark plug wires, and spark plugs.

I did not replace the distributor cap and rotors. Hopefully i didn't upset the vacuum of the pvc valve and breather hose[air intake hose.

My buddy says he hears valves bolts being loose. Does anyone else hear that?

Did you gap the plugs ?

It's possible the pcv grommet got damaged .

Yes first I bought platinums and gapped them myself. I got concerned I mess up, so I went out and bought 4 new irridium plugs. They should be pregapped, same issue.

Worked with my buddy on the car tonight. I really stumped him because he works on cars a lot. We redid all the spark plugs, wires, tighten cam shaft bolts to 16 ft/lbs spec. He sanded the contacts in the distrubeter cap and rotor, and tightened the valve cover bolts to spec. We retightened the camshaft bolts, 8 of them, because there was a piece of metal that prevented one of rockers from moving, that was the valve sound from the first video. He said since the rocker didn't break the car should not be damaged. Once all put back together we tried starting the car. The car won't turn over by itself but by manually opening up the throttle the car will run.

We are hoping you guys can provide us with any advice based on these new video because we are dumb founded.

Thank you for all the advice we are trying to hard!!!

and the car is not throwing any CEL :/

Plat plugs should not be gapped by hand. Pull them and make sure the tip is still there. That won't cause the wandering
idle but will cause problems don the road

Wandering and high idle after opening up the sealed system of the valvecover really to me sounds like a vacuum leak somewhere. Check to make sure that the gasket is mating on clean surfaces. Did you use RTV at the corners of the gasket? Check your valve lash with feeler gauges. Check that the PCV grommet is in good shape. Check every single vacuum hose and connection i solid and free of leaks.

Tachi, I checked the pcv valve. It still makes noise when shaking it - so good right?? I'll check for leaks around the valve cover, was thinking about spraying carberator fluid around it, I'll pick up some feeler gauges to double check too. Cleaned all the services when installing the valve cover gasket with paper towel, and put 4 dabs of RTV on the 4 corners near the distributor and, the 4 corners near the power steering pulley, [both sides].

Tonight I cleaned out the IAC, it appeared to be stuck. Car appears to be running better but still won't start on its own and will only stay running with the gas pedal engaged. CEL light finally game on after a minute of running the car. Misfire in cylinder 4.
