Sounds like it "could" be the balance shaft out of time...or a number of other things that might have been left loose during the job.

Take it back where you got the work done and ask them to fix the problem. If it has to do with the belt job they shouldn't charge you anything.

Just out of curiosity, where did you take it to get the work done? Is it a place that normally works on a lot of Honda/Acura vehicles? Not that it should really matter if they have good knowledgeable mechanics.

I took it to jersey city, and i talk to the mechanic and he'll be coming to check the car at my house. One thing i noticed when he was putting the botton belt , was that the oil pump mark on the teeth was pointing up and the rear balancer mark was also pointing up. Is that how is supposed to be time?

Yes, the crank pulley, cam gear and rear balance shaft gear timing marks all point up. However, the front balance shaft gear timing mark points to the front. There is a timing mark on the oil pump housing that you line it up with.

Yes i see that. i saw the mark on the oil pump housing facing right towards the rear balancer shaft. Will that cause any big damage?

Damage, not right away. Shaking engine "vibrations", Yes.

Having your balance shaft out of alignment will cause the vibrations that it is made to chancel out, even more pronounced. Over a long period of time it could cause some extra strain on bearings and the oil pump if it vibrates too much.

I got my car back today and told the mechanic to align the oil pump housing with the engine block and align the rear balancer through the maintenace hole, car now runs good,no more vibrations....thanks for the advice

sucks that you have to tell a mechanic how to do their job.
