Default 98 v6 hard shift

I'm having some issue with my 98 v6 accord, the transmission is slow (delay) to shift from 1 to 2 and it hard shift. 2nd to 3rd is pretty good (delay barely noticable and shift smooth most of the time), 3rd to 4th is perfect.

Check engine was on, pulled the code, and turned out to EGR insufisant flow. EGR port was clogged inside the intake manifold.

Oil looks good and smells "good", added a mechanic in a can (lucas treatment) and cleaned the shift solenoid screen filter.

Also tested the solenoids
solenoid A & B 16ohm
Shift solenoid 24 ohm
Linear Solenoid 4 & 5 ohm

Any idea on what's the next things to look ? I can't find the 98-02 service manual (pdf), that would make life so much easier ...

please explain why the complete tranny would be scrap. Beign a mechanic, i hate people that just jump to conclusion. Tranny is not slipping and working fine except for the 1-2 shift, wich leads me to believe there's something wrong around the solenoids / hydraulic circuit. I could be wrong, but that's why I want inputs on what to test (or/and service manual ...).
