98 accord v6 rpm jumps when braking
when coming to a stop as i press on the brakes just before it comes to a complete stop the car seems to pull forward as a slight jump and rpms raises to about 1100 then drops back down to 700-800 at complete stop? also when shift into park car rpm jumps up to about 1500 then slowly drops back down?

also if i mess around with window switch light would dim. or if i turn on ac rpm will jump. i was thinking everything including the rpm jump at braking could be tied to a bad alternator maybe? or does the vacuum seem more at fault for the braking issue?

Could be. Check output voltage of the alt at idle and when you turn on an accessory. You should have about battery voltage at idle and the voltage should rise when you turn an accessory on.

jumps up to 15 if imess with window switchs than back down.
than stays at 12.9 when off and doesnt really seem to go down
