Default 97 stalling issue after relay replacement

I bought a 97 accord SE 2.2L automatic transmission recently, assuming that any work it needed was within my capabilities.
So far work I have completed: new head gasket, spark plug tube O-rings, spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, oil change, various minor light bulbs replaced, replaced a water bypass line and AC clutch fan relay, and a grounding issue for such relay.
The car did seem to over heat and the AC would not get cold until I found the bypass line that was broken and replace the relay. Upon replacement of the relay clutch fan (fan on the driver side US) still wouldn't kick on. So by going through the trouble shooting steps in the 94'-97' accord coupe shop manual it was determined to be the ground for the relay I replace.
Now..Now..the car will crank and run with a very rough idol for about 2 mins the stalls or stalls as soon as the AC is turned on. The fan on the driver side now kicks on as soon as the car is turned on also.
I believe it has something to do with the fan.

And help is much appreciated
