Yes, it will bolt right up, but the gear ratios will be too long. If you're staying Auto, I'd invest some money into an H tranny.

what the bad? what could happen if i use my f22 auto trans on h23 motor? i understand that the gearing ratio is different but could it mess up anything?

Nothing bad, You just got to think this car is over 10 years old and the autos in these cars are tired and worn out. There is a chance that you will run into tranny problems in the future.
There are countless people that have dont a swap and overlook the tranny and then their car breaks down and they are mad or its gets left on the side of the road.
Just take that into concederation thats my 0.02

but five thousand mile ago my transmission had went out it wouldnt shift out of first gear..so i had the entire tranny rebuit and i put a shift kit in it. and also is the motor mount exactly the same?

You'll need a Driverside Hasport or a Driverside Prelude mount for the swap. All the other mounts will work.
And of course, nothing is bad by using an F22 tranny on an H22 engine. Just that the gears are different and longer like mentioned above.
