95 honda accord fan and AC issues
So my 1995 honda accord, has 2 issues that im contemplating on rather to fix it or to sell it and get another car and i really dont wanna sell it.
Issue one) it overheats. I did have a wire running up to the fan but after a few days, it stopped running. recently it has come back on but it will kick on like two times and then die out and not come back on after awhile. I am very new to honda's but this honda is great for me especially since i have a new born on the way!!
Issue two) My ac does not work. I was told before i got the car that the ac worked, just needed freon and so i did but it never kicked on. Had some one look at it and of course, it never came on when they added freon to it. have no clue what could be the issue and im on a budget. need the ac but im not a electrician nor know much about hondas but im willing to learn Any help would be very beneficial and please no smart comments.

Firstly, never believe anything a seller tells you in an attempt to buy the car. Just assume the worst.
Secondly, with a wire running to it, it could have any number of things going on. I would honestly suggest just having a mechanic look at it.
