Camshaft
I have a 96 honda accord lx with a f22b2, and i'm thinking about buying some performance camshaft, and new camgears. Though when i go to places like skunk2, and greddy it seems that they don't have them for the F series. So does anyone know any good brands that make camshafts and gears for the F series, and if so how much of a HP gain should i expect?

Bismoto and Delta makes them for F22Bx engines.

About the whp increase? It really depends on what other mods you got on your setup. You can gain from 10-15whp easily with just the cam but it all depends on your other mods as well. Goodluck.

We definitely can help you out I'll send you a pm
I'll need a little bit of info on your goals and current set-up to recommend a good cam and give you an idea on what you can gain from a Bisimoto camshaft. We offer a full line of camshafts to suit whatever your needs/goals may be.

Just to be sure you know, f22b2 is single overhead cam, and you wont see big gains without a good tune, which means either converting to OBDI or getting a piggy back, both of which can get $$
oh and deltacam does regrinds for around $80

Haha seriously
Hit justin@bisimoto up. He's helped me out big time with whatever questions i've had.
I"m pretty sure the f23 block/f22 head will work but I think there's some other things that need to be done. I dont think its a "bolt-on"
