1994 Honda Accord EX. When the high beams are flipped on, should te low beams stay on? I know some cars do, and some cars don't. I've never known this car to have DRL, in the 4 years I've known the car.

Passengers side low beam is always on when the lights are on. The Pass high beam comes on when the stalk is flipped to "Low beams", and the low beam stays on. I can flip it back to "high beams"(indicator on the dash). The pass low beam is on, and the other 3 lights all come on VERY dim. If I un plug any of the other 3 bulbs all 3 bulbs go out. It doesn't matter which on I unplug.

I have checked & rotated all the under hood 20amp fuses(my fuse box sticker is gone).
I have replaced the ground wires from the battery to the engine and body.
I have cleaned both grounds behind the bumper cover.
I have cleaned the ground going from the engine to the body, but can't confirm it's any good.

I suspect a bad high/low switch, or a bad ground somewhere else that I have not found. I've tried tracing the wires as best I could and nothing jumped out at me.

Suggestions?
