your vin decodes as a 1994 2.2 lx, 2 dr, manual, US built, 200k+ miles. the exhaust looks stock to me. use the vin it seems to be correct.

In Canada your model range is LX, EX, EX-R. If your car is an original Canadian market Accord it is the equivalent of a US DX model.
It has a few non stock and non factory issued parts.
PO has installed after market wheels, a Type R style grille, US EX or CAN EX-R lower bumper trim, Ghetto fabulous conical filter installation, and the suspension seems very anti snow drift lifted.
If the interior is as in good condition as the engine bay and body, then the car appears to have been well taken care of, outside of some of the unique taste in mods.

Also going through car cleaning it
Also head has POB-7 on it
Honda logos have SV4
on them
but with the suspension it’s almost as it’s from a 93 accord in the front just from the control arms and struts but going for coilovers because it’s really low and shocks are shot

any suggestions not too break bank

why are you referencing parts on chassis that were exactly the same and interchangeable ? like bro you are wasting your own time its a almost 30 year car im sure things have been replaced/maintained etc and obviously things used might not be the exact 94-97 part number for year but its literally all the same shiet for the most part lol.... like nothing rare etc or anything that makes it any different ... the sv2 sv4 is literally nothing ..... if recommend that you just get oe replacement over the counter parts store struts if looking to go cheap and they handle 1-2 inch drop springs fine

what kinda **** you smoking .... ok the f series motor wasnt even made in 1988 A .... B send a picture of the block stamp im doubtful somebody put a obd1 head on a obd2 block to put it in that car but same time other than very little compression difference they are the exact same bottom ends down to bore and stroke.... the ecu is a obd1 f22 ecu .... the correct one for the electronics and you wouldnt see really any performance gain and probably would loose performance running a different ecu.... the f22a1 is a ECONOMY motor made to be economical and run smooth (thats why it has the balance shaft) .... might make 100-105hp ripping down the road making a mockery of itself on its best day ..... stop reading into things that arent really performance or performance gains and save you $$$ for a swap or different car

I’m new too Honda’s and don’t know much about 4cyl ingeneral tbh I’ve owned Chevy and dodge my whole life.

And first I’m doing this on my phone so things can sometimes autocorrect ok.

But you can do a 2200cc head from 90-93 and put it on a 96 block allied motor sports sells the parts for it even

and yo have you heard of a Frankenstein build or any race built motors yes you can do that please do research before disrespecting another member thanks

im not disrespecting anyone im just saying its not likely and wouldnt be a gain... no the kits you are referring to are to put the later vtec and dohc heads on the f22 single cam block....... its not a Frankenstein build or anything out of the ordinary I ASSURE you ... how about just look at the block stamp just left of the exhaust manifold and read what it says ,,, also post a picture of the engine and block stamp or literally stfu

Literally look through post man the pics are there
it says f22b2 I get that it’s probably 1994 dx block
but I’m just trying too figure out what ecu too run too give more power that is compatable
poj , POa ,p12,

Or a jdm f22b2

and the usdm and jdm motors are different
cause my my ecu is bad and I know because you can see corrosion

if the car runs it probably doesnt have a bad ecu... and the stock ecu is the best ecu until you go turbo... until then keep it in your pants unless you are spending actual $$$ on performance upgrades

if your car is the one in the pictures its a bone stock motor with a cone filter spliced onto the stock intake... prob makes less hp just from the hot air intake.... there isnt some magic ecu or tune to pull power out of its *** that isnt there dude .... you dont need to even look at a tune until you are like minimum putting cams in it , all a tune is changing for the most part is AFR and ignition timing there is no magic power release button
