Default 92cb7 over heating

Im over heating, no leaks, new water pump, t-stat, rad cap, both fans working properly. It starts and holds normal temp, drive up to a red light and the needle shoots to red line. The over flow reservoir boil out coolant and a lot of steam. No water in the oil and no oil in the water.
That's were I am at.
Thanks

Don't take this wrong but the list is long.......

OE or aftermarket t-stat?

Are the fans spinning the right direction?

Are you 100% sure you bled the coolant system properly...if you are how did you do it?
