I'd say go for it and your better off puttin a h22 in there (my opinion), there availilbility is plenty. The turbo bit i dont know, what kind of motor is in it now?

What, you don't want to go with the V8 conversion anymore?

Before you go asking "dumb" questions, take a week or 2 to research. Honda only made one (I think it was just one) turbo'ed car from the factory and that was over 20 years ago.

oh yea its a stick, def would sell it if it was auto im still interested in the v8 conversion(kinda wishful thinking i guess). the only reason i ask bout the b16, is we have one ready to get out of this civic that was rearended. i want to know what the best amount of power is for this accord, and which way is the best way to go, an h22 sounds good tho

Anything but an H22 is a waste of time and money (unless dropping the dough for a K24). And the H swap is not terribly difficult.

a H22 would be real easy to get for your car because there's alot of 92 -96 USDM H22 (black tops) that are around $1500- $2000. The swap should take very little time (1 weekend) and it should fit nicely.

H22A with a B-Series tranny. AKA H2B. Research and you will find love.

Yeah and a $3000 hole in your pocket for the kit to bolt the tranny to the motor. That's not even including the price of the motor, tranny, and whatever else you come across during the swap.
