90 accord hard to shift from park

90 accord hard to shift from park
Have a F22a1 in my accord. 1990 to be exact it drives perfect but shifting from park is hard is there anything i can adjust to make it shift smoothly. All the other gears select fine, just from park is hard. any info is appreciated.

Does it do it all the time? On level surface? on a slight incline?
Most of the time when my Accord has trouble shifting from park is when I was parking on my inclined driveway and i didn't put the handbrakes hard.

on a level surface. It feels like something is stopping it from pulling from park and its hard to get back in park. But once its out the other gears R,N,D4,D3,D2, and 1 are fine.
