Default 2002 VTEC Idle

Can anyone help with an idle issue on a 2002 4 cyl. VTEC? It has a vibration sometimes (not all the time)hot or cold,It comes and goes. Its Idling around 750 and very smooth and a small vibration sometimes. I notice it more when I turn the heater fan on high or roll up / down power windows, Possibly the extra electrical load???

Here is a list of what I have recently done to try to correct.
1. Clean Throttle Body and rotary valve.
2. Changed spark plugs, wires , distributor cap, rotor button.
3. Changed Air filter
4. Removed and cleaned EGR valve.
5. Reset ECU
6. Cleaned Battery terminals.
7. Changed Timming belt , balancing belt, water pump.( had vibration issues before timming belt change)
8. Changed front engine mount.(I have not changed rear mount looks like a bear to change)
9. Ran fuel injection cleaner through the gas tank.
10. Changed PCV valve.

Anyone know anything else I could try?
