How to check the check engine light codes on a 1990 honda accord using the engine light flashes?

Behind Passanger kick panel. Blue connection with two wire. Jump it with a wire paperclip whatever you can jump it with. Then turn on the key to III and watch the check engine flash

Didn't the 90 still have the led on the ecu..........unless someone has changed it...yes

EDIT: Also, that should be "on" or pos II on the key....III and it would be starting.

Both my 1990 honda accords have the two wire plug behind the kick panel
