Default 2000 Honda Accord Car stalling and dying when stopping or slowing down

2000 Honda Accord - manual 5 speed, 4 cyl. Started with errors codes stating all four cylinders mis-firing. Replaced plugs, wires, dist cap, rotor. Even PCV valve and EGR valve. Still get errors. Car starts and idles fine. But once I start driving, the car dies everytime I depress the clutch and slow down (brake). The rpms starts dropping until the car dies.

Codes:

P0300 - Random Misfire
P0301 - P0304 - Cylinder number # misfire detected

Any updates? My 90 Accord is doing the same thing. I believe it has to do with how level the car is. When my car points down hill or I put the brakes on (creating forward momentum) my car stall but if I am up hill or going backward I have no problem.
