Some of my bolts broke during the torquing process, so my question is when I remove them do I need to remove all of them and retorque or will it be ok to remove just those two and torque just those two?

To be honest with you, for the extra 10 minutes that it will take, I would loosen all of the bolts and torque them all back down as per the sequence.

Any suggestions on properly torquing the studs? Do they make a wrench for torquing? Besides socket

go to your local parts house ( napa auto zone ect.) and see if you can rent a break away torque wrench and look up the torque specks and senquince

Google that wrench looks just like a regular torque wrench that uses sockets, I have one but don't have a socket deep enough to go over stud to the bolt head, however just thought about it and I can put a crows foot on it and get proper torque

Any idea where I can get valve cover stud/bolts cheaper then through Honda? Don't really wanna spend $40 on 4 bolts but don't want cheap quality either

Junk yard... Studs/bolts from any 90-97 Accord will work.

If you plan on doing more work on your Honda yourself. I would suggest picking up a small 9-10 piece metric deep socket set. 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 13mm, 15mm, 17mm & 19mm would cover most Honda bots under the hood, and the rest of the chassis for that matter.

As far as putting a crows foot wrench on the end of a tq wrench. Any time you use an extension or crow's foot it will change the torque output of the wrench. There are formulas online for figuring out the actual torque when using a crow's foot.

Thought about that, but if I go to junkyard they could be weakend from years of use, then possibility of breaking same as mine. Is there any aftermarket companies like arp you know makes these?

How much did you torque them? They should not be stressed all that much, I have reused mine many times without issue.
