1996 Honda Accord WON'T START
Okay so here is the situation. When I turn on the car, the dash lights come on, stereo lights, etc... But then when I switch the ignition to start the engine, all the lights go off in the car... there is no sound... no ticking... etc... and it won't start. But then when I let go of the key back to it's on position, the lights in the car come back on... I try to twist the key again to start the engine, same thing happens... blah blah blah. What can it possibly be? I checked the alternator... that's fine...
Oh and one more thing... I had my cousin jump start the car for me, I turned on the engine and it works fine again. But then when I drive it home, park the car, turn it off, and need to go somewhere again and comeback to turn it on... same thing happens. Basically, it won't start without a jump. |
