1996 ACCORD. Ignition Control Module problems.
I just bought my 1996 accord 2door LX SOHC. Im gettin power to all (3) wires plugging into my ignition control module (ICM) but im not getting any spark on the back of it to the coil itself. Ive replaced the ICM and still nothing.
Engine will crank. Power to fusebox and everything else. Just no spark
Please help!!!

with the key on is there battery power at the Black/yellow wire to the coil?
With the key on you should be able to jumper the Blue? wire [last terminal on the side of the ICM] to ground and the coil should throw a spark.
Thats the wire that goes to the ECU that gets grounded when the ECU determines the pulse from the crank sensor wants spark.
By any chance, have you checked to see if the ECU has any code stored?

I have not ran a diagnostic on it yet. so no codes that i know of so far.
With the Ignition on, I used my test light and tested all (3) of the wires on the IGN.
They all have power, when the ign is on.
Your sayin if I run a JUMP wire from the blue wire to ground, it should throw spark at the coil end or at the jump wire?
Someone told me something about a main relay might be bad? any truth to that causing an issue??? and if so where is the MAIN RELAY on the 1996 SOHC f22
