does this make it a little easer to do the swap ???

Without giving any frame of reference as to where that picture is other than "does this make it easier to do the swap" no one is going to have a clue.

What is it you are looking at in the picture and what are you trying to do (or not do) with it?

I am also assuming this is for your 1992 Accord listed, but you don't specify in the post. You need to post up some more details. Have you also looked at any of the Auto to 5spd swap FAQ's in the FAQ?

Looks like the bung for the clutch master cylinder, and yes makes it a ****load easier! if you unbolt that bung its a metal kinda thing with two bolts, then you have the perfect circle and mounting holes for the master cyl

Manual trans, clutch, flywheel, slave cylinder and lines, MT mount, intermediate shaft, driver's side axle, shifter, shifter cables, clutch pedal, manual starter, just to name a few things.
