In 1893 U.S. Navy warships arrived at Honolulu Harbor pointed it's cannons toward Iolani Palace. Back then, Honolulu Harbor was a lot closer before the landfill. The Marines were lock and loaded. The Queen ask the people not to fight to avoid bloodshed, and give up her country to the United States. Hawaii was illegally annex by the United States. Hawaii became the 50th State in 1959.
