yup they bolt right in, just the front has those brake line mounts for the eg, so you have to face those out, other than that everything turned out great, the ride is ALOT smoother than i expected, i mean i had to try, the guy gave me struts and shocks for 50 bucks :p

I sold my mod 97 Civic for $5K back in 2005 with 110K miles. That seems to be how much I will have to pay for the same stock car.
IMO, that's way too much $$$$ for a 10+ year old car.
May do an Integra instead, but face the same (over price) situation.

Not at all. People still have a hard-on for old Civics.
