Did a Retrofit on my headlights since I wanted to be able to see where I am going at night. Used some 3 inch projectors from Retrofitlab with 4300K D2S bulbs.
Those look really nice. I also retrofitted my headlights, but I used Morimoto H1 minis with 4300k as well. Mine are really colourful at the step but I get a lot of distance.
I just picked up a one piece DC header the other day. I also picked up an extra set of OEM headlights to do a retro-fit. I wanted to keep the glass lenses, so sanding the flutes out is going to be rough.

94 ex coupe. My 2nd one. It needs some suspension work, speedometer is inoperative, burns a little oil and the headgasket seeps at the passenger front corner. Interior is an 9 out of 10 though, that's a plus for me. Has hids, rear subframe connector, rear lca's, coilovers, front and rear strut bars and a grant steering wheel that I despise
Looks like a nice base to work out of. I've had that cluster not working problem countless times. Sometimes it's just because the screws in the back of the cluster came lose. Other times its the electric mechanism under the cluster that needs to be changed. Old cars, so they are bound to have some problems.
Man, it's been a while since I have posted anything. Seems like the forums have slowly died off... as has much of the car scene, especially around my area. It's been a long road since my last Ej1.
Between College, moving cities, multiple cars, deaths in the immediate family, etc etc etc.. I lost touch with my love for cars, especially Hondas. I parted my car out, which is now somewhere in Chicago, with an owner that I keep in touch with from time to time. He is currently finishing up his K swap in the car.
After that I decided to get something practical and got me a IS250.. drove that for a year and decided I wanted something different, because after all, I still loved my Hondas.
I traded in the Lexus for a 2011 WRX which I currently still own.
Once life settled down I got back on my feet and decided it was time to find another Honda... Well, months turned to multiple months, multiple road trips to look at cars in different states... I pretty much became discouraged with finding what I wanted... Then, one day, im searching through CL and I seen a one owner Taffeta white EX Ej1 with 187k... All power windows work, including the automatic down feature on DS, Sunroof, Door locks, AC, PS, OEM Optional audio console. (fully functional) OEM Optional Coupe floor mats, Service records along with the paper work from September 13th, 1995 when they bought the car... And the best part? It was right down the street from me! I immediately called the guy and to see if the car was forsale.. Luckily I was one of the first to bite and I finally got the car.

Gorgeous, I would love to see more pics of this car! Gives me that tingly feeling seeing a nice example like this, and judging on your last ej1, it is in good hands!
I've been trying to get this thread to come back to life forever now. Seemed like all of you were dead for a long time. It's nice to see people posting and keep it alive. I look forward to seeing what you do with the white coupe if it is anything like your red one.
