I don't think Maxim Works (they made JUN header) is equal length? I suppose AN-R is?
mmm... sounds like custom header is the only way to go.

Re: (just Touge)
I've personaly seen 3 an-r headers and all of them have cracked and been re-welded around the flange/runners. Not just 1 runner but pretty much all 4.

UGGGHHHHHH so I'm pulling the motor this weekend hopefully. what i've decided to do is re build my B16 w CTR pistons for now (the head was just rebuilt, essentially to CTR spec) , and begin either a 1.8 or 2.0 project this summer... i need it running and funds are tight. gotta make rent and eat, know what i mean?
in the meantime here's a few pix to keep the thread on track, some are old, some new(ish)

Someone is selling an AN-R for 350 obo, what I will do (if I do buy it) is get it sand blasted down to bear metal, have weiRtech (someone who makes turbo manifold, frequents on the welding and fab subforum and is local to Ontario) reweld the runners and work on the rest of the exhaust.
I don't know how much that will be at the end, might save a few dollars, might end up being the same if I go for an used DTR? More research is definitely needed.
