** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 2
Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 2
when i was in the philippines early this year, this shop imports jdm parts, he got a domani bumper with a lip on it, fogs etc.. so i checked it out.. he said its oem.. i didnt believe him at first.. i was thinking maybe he just put one on there, but when i got there it was still attached on the bumper, and with the rest of the parts in the shipment. he had to unload most of the stuff before we can even get to it. he was asking 5000PHP.. which is around $120... i made an offer and he didnt accept(i couldnt fit it into my box back here anyways, i just wanted to see it lol) he says hes firm on the price since its also the first time he seen one.and replica it which he did.. but the earlier model he says theres alot of them, also i talk to my importer from japan he says he sees it every now and then but he sees it mostly on the smart editions...
heres hes picture. top real, bottom replica
i also seen this recently.. cant confirm though, since it has bumper moldings.
but heres a domani with bumper moldings
earlier domani with lip

Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 2
This is my home away from home, so I figured I'd post a bit of progress on my non-civic sedan
The day I brought it home.
As it sits right now, rear debadge, pin stripe removed, Megan coils, undercoated, and rain visors. Just keeping it a clean daily and autoXer. Its so much fun.
Sitting at my work after we did some work to her.

Check the install thread here. --->http://forums.tunedimports.net/showt...ic-look-better!!
And I didn't believe there was an OEM lip for the Domani either. There isn't one for the EL.
Please post pics when you get the swap in Honda Guy so I can see a pic of that lip!

It's in good condition right now. The AC doesn't work and there is a dent on the passenger rear door. There are also a bunch of tiny paint chips on the front of the hood. I think the next look for the car will be OEM. I have stock Si suspension and when I have some spare change I would like some Civic EK4 SiR rims. The car sees mild duty since I usually ride and have been driving the Mustang more this year.
