Hahaha! Definitely! They have quickly become my favorite work out aside from squats. I ****ing love squats. I just feel like an animal when I do them.

C&J and OHS are so much fun to do. I've noticed a lot of trap size increase because of those two explosive workouts. I have a shitty trap workout so I depend on those two and deadlifts to help with my traps.

I'm heading to the gym. Will post day 5 in a few hours.

Starting Note : I really felt saddened that I didn't have Xtend for my intra workout, but I still had a good workout nonetheless. I'll be picking some up tomorrow, as well as jack3d. I think I've become dependent on xtend and jack3d mentally Not good! LOL. If any of you have never done standing lat pulldowns, they burn sooo good. Definitely worth trying.

Workout Reaction : Solid workout today. I don't really go for heavy weight on these days, just high reps and high set count. I had a lot of energy today and I'm attributing that to Lipo-6x. I'll probably finish the rest of next week with Lipo-6x and then go with jack3d again the week after that, just to maintain jack3d effectiveness The only thing I would be considering going heavy and medium-low reps is standing military press. I don't do that enough, and I know those are a very effective shoulder workout.

Anything Else? : Nothing really...this past weekend I've been kind of craving calories, but I've been burning a lot too. I've been sleeping really late and it's been killing me. Like at the moment, it's almost 4AM and I just ate pork chops at 1:13AM. Lol. ****.



DAY 6 ***CARDIO*** Saturday June 26

Nothing really worth mentioning.
Jogged for about 20 minutes. Gotta build that weak endurance.



DAY 7 ***OFF*** Sunday June 27

END WEEK 1 Notes :
+ My weight fluctuation this weekend was crazy. Probably no muscle gain, but I fluctuated from 239 to 245.5 and down to 241.5. What the ****? I mean, today was my cheat day, and I had a biiiig breakfast (2 overeasy eggs, 6 strips of bacon, 4 hot dogs, and 3 cups of white rice) but does it really fluctuate that much because of that meal?
+ Decent strength gains for first week. I expect gains to remain consistent.
+ Diet has been more than good, with only a few exceptions of late night cravings. It shows in the night->morning weight changes. Gotta fix that.
+ Gotta buy some ****ing xtend. That **** is nice.
+ Just seasoned (pepper only) like 6 lbs of beef. Gonna do some work

***WEEK 2*** Goals
+ I'll be trying to rep 250x4-5 on flat bench.
+ I'll be trying to rep 415x1 on squat.
+ Will go up to 275x_ on deadlifts. _ signifies undetermined. Will shoot for 5.
+ Need to be more strict on diet and cut late night cravings. Any suggestions?
+ Shooting to weight 235 by the end of week 2. Definitely do-able.

Good week 1 progress.

Workout Reaction : Aside from the wrist injury again, I had a decent workout. After I hurt it I kind of got disappointed but I used the disappointment to fuel my workout. Regardless, I was still a little sore even though I didn't push myself as hard as possible.

Anything Else? : Not really...but happy as **** that I got some more Xtend and jack3d Thank God I don't go out and drink and stuff like that, because supplements are where all my income goes to bahaha.

Workout Reaction : Had a really good ****ing workout today. Wrapped my wrist with the infamous Ace bandage wrapping. It did the job I FINALLY BROKE THE 300s WITH FLAT BENCH. FINALLYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chest felt sore as **** going into 205. 315 was relatively easy. I think I might be able to hit 320 by next week. We'll see. I think I had it in me the whole time, because I was able to do 295x2..... I don't know. Possible creatine strength gain???? Hm.

Anything else? : My weight tonight has been the lightest it's been throughout the duration of the whole log, and possibly this whole year 235 is definitely attainable....sheeit, I think I might even be able to reach 230 we'll see what happens. Pumped as **** for tomorrow. Looking to hit 410x1 on squats, if I do that, 415x1.

Good ****ing day today. I'll be grocery shopping tomorrow too

Yeah! When my cousins come back from the philippines I'll see if I can use their camera to record my squats and ****.
