From what I heard, the next season will have a different format, Similar to the Chinese and Camping show this season. I think they plan on doing away with the tent/crowd and make the episodes like mini specials.

Next season is nothing but specials, AKA, cars and the cast on screen the whole time. Looking forward to it.

So the show is cancelled or it is just changing format?? I've just seen a lot of "articles" pop up on Facebook that the show is over soon after this or the next season. I'm all for the mini specials, those were my favorite Top Gear episodes too.

Just changing format, but they made it sound like they were done and everything for a second.

I didn't want to come in but now that I did I'm glad. This is awesome. The tent and track was okay but the travelling they do is much much better

I love that show, but sometimes, they "fake" differences is starting to get old, and feel staged. They are not actors, and it shows. I can predict which point of view each of them is going to say.

They should surprise the fans by all agreeing to something, just to blow us away.

I'm very disappointed in myself. I was a religious follower of Top Gear and I haven't watched a single episode of Grand Tour once it went to Amazon.

All good, busy with what life throws at us. Should start at the current season as the 1st was kinda like 'trying to figure out how to do what we do w/o legal issues'.

I've seen clips here and there on YouTube and it looks good. I don't mind watching it from the start, just need to find some time.

Any show about cars is okay with me

I just don't like all those hot rod shows on TLC where it is all old cars and they get some pretty dressed girl to spin a screwdriver when she aint doing any real work. Then there's a commercial. Then when the show starts again, the next 2 minutes are a rehash of what just happened before another commercial comes on in 4 minutes. You could turn all those shows into 10 minute shorts.

Not sure how anyone could say the last episode with them building a car from scratch in the desert and having to wheel it across country and multiple terrains sucks.
