Im maxing out my tsp and my roth ira. Thats 2000/month plus the $1000/month im putting in the house fund

I believe the thought process behind the design of the backyard was to make it feng shui, they just didn't keep up with it and the sod part went to ****. The fence doesn't provide privacy as its just open view but had it been 9ft cedar, darker I suppose, and the lawn a bit more greener the landscaping probably would've pop.
