Nice, I got Ally too. I thought it was 2.2%. That's what it was when I checked 3 days ago.

$500 every 2 weeks? How many decades are you gonna do this before you can actually afford that house bruv.

Don't put all of your eggs in one basket -- lots of thunderstorms in TX. The winds may be shifting.

This thread is a lie. There's no way you could have saved that much with your income. You always try to come in here saying you save all this money but you end up just making crap up. You aren't strapping your own boots. You are a fraud and trying to fool people here.

1. I made $83k last year.
2. I saved more when I was making half of that.
3. I pay someone to strap my boots.
4. I am not a fraud and I'm not trying to fool anybody.
5. FWIW afwife makes more than me. We have no official mortgage. Our expenses are very low too.

This was my last paycheck of 2018.

This is my most recent paycheck

This is my ally.com history for this year

This is my ally.com back from when I decided to take all my money from my credit union and put it in ally.com savings account

went to edit and fucked it up my bad

point being if you make decent money and live frugally it's easy as **** to save money. The first year I lived there I padded my checking account $40k. My bills were $400/mo total and my only expenses were bar tabs a few nights a week finding some strange

You got the house free and clear? No mortgage? Then **** yeah it's that easy to save that much money

We unofficially owe 750/month but we have been giving the parents 1500/month to knock the tab down. We will have the house paid off before thanksgiving

My rent each month is roughly $2000. I would kill to have a $1500 living expense each month

It is easy when your parents subsidize your life into your thirties.
