I always wanted one for the Prelude

I think there is a knockoff of this muffler too. Vibrant makes it I think?

Ha, I've realized that going all in on a GT-R build isn't all sunshine and rainbows... going full bolt on's and E85 and calling it a day after that.

Very popular for WRX/STI motors. I used it in my 11 but it's 5w40 so warranty claims will get denied since Subaru wants 5w30 only. Flip side I've never seen a rod bearing failure on T6...

My motor (VM Motori 3L Diesel V6) calls for ACEA C3 cert'd oil, which leaves me very few choices. Pennzoil Euro-L 5-30 is the factory fill. Mobil makes Mobil 1 ESP, and there's the Total ACEA C3 oil and that's it.

On the contrary, 'tis not too big.

3" is not even close to 'way too big' for your motor... what does 'too big' even mean?

Run it, you'll gain power at every RPM.

I have the best simple answer regarding Hondas and exhaust setups:

J's racing 60rs for every and any n/a Honda.

I almost wish I would have kept mine after selling the s2000 just to hang on the garage wall as art.

They are all proven for gains, and for Christ sake they make a Honda Fit sound awesome.

@Shinsen

People still think backpressure exists?

Kind of figured the same, but wasn't positive. I do remember reading years ago how Honda's require minimal back pressure.

you could always stick a potato in the tailpipe if your low backpressure light comes on.

'Backpressure' doesn't exist. It is literally the measurement of resistance to flow. It's an idea thought up by people who don't understand fluid dynamics.

You ever see a racecar with an exhaust?

lowballed the ASM bumper guy by $300.

now someone just posted a stoptech 328mm setup, but inclined to pass because it'll **** with wheel fitment. would need to run 10-15mm spacers on the front to get them to clear. Which would crab me out and require me to roll/pull/aftermarket fender.

Big brakes bum me out. Can't run flat face RPF1s without 8-10mm of spacers... And have I ever seen an 18x9.5 +45-50 RPF1? Nope.

I haven't had a NA Bseries in 8 years but I always thought 3" was for crazy NA setups not for my stock ITR motor with bolt ons. Oh well.
