Custom, but that means the engineering materials everything has already been accounted for. So they should be able to match it in a location that’s not in Birch Bay where it’s over priced, retirees, and miles away from Bham where we hang out 90% of the time.

Theres a lot over by my buddies for 185 that has water rights already and would rather pay 500 all in there than way up north.

Pretty sure the garage design would allow for lifts making it less necessary to be close to my buddies shop. But would still be sweet since his will be fully operational with a dyno and fab equipment in the next few years. That’s worth being a mile away haha.

I was never that crazy I mean I partied my *** off but never at my own place because I knew how bad it gets. Guess Iíd run the risk of them not being like me I canít do it.

if you really like the design/ floor plan etc canít hurt to look into it. I do really like that garage my dream is to have enough property some day I can have glass garage doors and not have neighbors nearby to be looking in. Someday

The perks of living in a pretty safe area. There’s maybe one street in this entire county I might be a bit nervous to walk down at night and we lived on it for 6 months without issue. Hell wife left the damn garage open one night with the NSX in there

We’re plenty safe but I just don’t want people nearby if I’ve got glass everywhere. Not saying I do it often but sometimes I forget **** in the car and walk out in just my boxers to get it. Awkward when the lady walking her dog is like Hi nice glass doors.

Oh that reason. Yeah we don’t really give a ****. If people wanna see us naked I don’t really care, got nothing to be embarrassed about lol.

But yeah this lot isn’t on a busy street and is 5 acres. Without trees but would require trespassing or binoculars to see the show.

My grandparents have a 5 acre ranchette.

You can see your neighbors, but you can shoot a skunk and they won't care.

There isn't a right angle on that house. Only way it's gonna be rehabbed is with a bulldozer.

best rehabs to buy are the ones that are so bad you need to gut it

If itís truely a 750k house rehabbed then you should buy it immediately, but I doubt it is.

Usually you can only make so much profit because the lots themselves are worth a lot.

I was fairly surprised the deal closed because the owner was underwater and had to bring $20k to the table. The place should have been free and clear, but since the owner was not too bright, she did a cash-out refi several years back and burned through the cash while the house sat empty.

Just busting your ***** I have no doubt that you're working your way up to major flips and will be laughing all the way to the bank.
