French drain. The problem is the clean up of excess dirt is a pain since it's so muddy. We'll see how far I get, but probably will end up finishing with a mini excavator.

I was at Home Depot picking up paint sample yesterday. I found the matching color (very close) for the exterior window shutters (need to go back this week to get the paint). I fixed the kitchen drawer, contractor installed (2) screws for the left side slider track one up front and in the middle (one already came out and the middle one is half way out). I had to add screws (2) in the far back and another one up front to secure the track.

How did you paint the shutters? Some of mine, the paint started to flake. Not sure best approach to repaint.

yeah the weather was pretty **** this weekend so I'll get a better picture in the light, but we used the minwax gel stain and it gave a pretty good faux stained look. The doors themselves are absolutely ruined so this is just a stopgap.

that and when the POs painted the house they painted EVERY inch the same color. so just having some contrast seems to have made a huge difference

we just cleaned with water and brushed on exterior paint. took about an 2-3 hours including me hanging out the windows taking them down and reinstalling

I doubt it

nothing on this house is perfectly centered.

we want to put a covered porch on the front though so that would go away

Did you have to get the color change on the garage doors approved through an HOA?

can anyone tell me what type of connectors are in the picture below (yellow circle) ?
they sort of look like compression type connectors, but I haven't been able to find anything like that at my local HD/hardware stores. I plan to use them on 3/4in HDPE pipe (most use it as irrigation trunk lines).

Currently I have the standard barbed Ts with pinch clamps - but I am getting some leaking around multiple fittings. ive tried 2 clamps and it still leaks. I am hoping these larger/heavier duty T's will stop that.

thanks in advance,

I really want something nicer that doesn't look so peasant, but that thing just keeps reeling the hose and I have a hard time justifying a replacement

everything looks great @90hatch.

I'd probably drive into those garage doors the first week because I forgot I painted them and thought they were open.
