Have a guess what this thread is about.

So since there are so many trailers coming out every week these days, Here's a place to share those ones good or bad.

Yeah Justin Lin did this third film with a script from Simon Pegg apperantly.

From the trailer it does look like Fast & Furious in SPACE!!! lol. Idris Elba is the villian I believe & you can hear his voice in the trailer, but from behind the cheap looking alien mask?

It was good but not great.

You get tired of the Enterprise getting destroyed, or nearly destroyed.

The reverse role death scene in the warp chambers with Kirk and Spock trading places...that was corny...but pretty funny at the same time.

If you were immersed in the OG series all the way through Next Generation, and sometimes even if you were into Voyager and Deep Space, then you keep finding yourself saying, no that's not right.

They can't do that.

That won't work.

And you just know Gene and Majel wish they could come back and let people know it's really and truly not supposed to use tricks and acrobatics that make it look like something out of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. :-)

Thats one of the things that really pissed me off about Into Darkness. The whole reason they did all that time travel stuff in the first movie was to reset the timeline to create their own storylines, to make all new stories with the same characters. Knowing that, why did they decide to make the second movie their own take on Wrath of Khan?

I'm gonna be so pissed if the fourth movie involves them going back in time with a Klingon ship to get some whales. Ugh!

Krampus was actually very well received among fans of classic horror/creature films. Those type of movies aren't my thing though, so I didn't bother.
