Default Light bulb choices

Earlier today I went to home depot to pick some fluorescent lights. I need some for my bathroom and garage. My question is they had 4 types. Soft white, Utility, artic white and sunshine. Would I want utility for my gargae, anyone have any imput ? The one that shine the brightest was sunshine I think, so why not have this in the garage. Any help or websites. I know its a weird question, just woundering though.

The full spectrum lights are are probably the best - best being that this gives the most natural looking light, so things will look the right color, and is less likely to give headaches/ eye strain.

Flourescent light selection has really improved in the last 10, 20 years. Remember those awful green colored tubes? I remember those discount type stores with acres of white tile and about a bazillion watts of these lights on the ceiling - My eyes would be bugged out just walking into the place..
